font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">As a Master Mechanic the purpose of this position is to repair and maintain a variety of heavy construction equipment.  Ideally, candidates will work year-round.  During the non-construction season, work will be performed in our shop.  During the construction season travel will be required.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-size: 12pt\">2-year AAS degree in Diesel Technology</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">7+ years of training and experience in working on diesel engines</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Regular, consistent attendance and regular overtime at all assigned job sites</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Valid Commercial Driver’s License, Class A</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Inspects mechanical and electrical systems, diagnoses and repairs systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Disassembles systems, examines parts for defects and excessive wear.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Repairs or replaces defective parts, adjusts settings and reassembles according to specifications.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Operates electronic testing equipment, precision instruments and gauges, hand tools, portable power tools, welding and cutting equipment and cranes and hoists.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif;
