This role oversees guard force standards, GSOC performance, and security vendor governance to ensure effective, high-quality service delivery across all global locations. The position partners with regional providers and internal stakeholders to strengthen security operations, improve performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong> Those duties necessary to meet the minimum requirements of the position.  Other duties may be assigned:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and maintain global security standards, operating procedures, and quality assurance programs</li>\n <li>Oversee guard force performance, including staffing models, training compliance, and service delivery standards</li>\n <li>Manage global security vendor relationships, including SLAs, performance reviews, audits, and corrective actions</li>\n <li>Monitor and improve GSOC operational performance, processes, and reporting requirements</li>\n <li>Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs), scorecards, and audit programs</li>\n <li>Analyze performance data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives</li>\n <li>Support security projects, technology deployments, and policy implementation efforts</li>\n <li>Partner with vendors and stakeholders to improve recruitment, retention, and training of security personnel</li>\n <li>Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations on program performance</li>\n <li>Conduct domestic and international site assessments and vendor evaluations to ensure compliance and quality</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:</strong>  To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Formal Education, Licenses, and Certifications Required:</strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Type and Length of Specific Experience Required:</strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>7–10 years of progressive experience in corporate security, global security operations, or security program management</li>\n <li>5+ years of experience in security vendor management, guard force oversight, or GSOC operations</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience working in a global, multi-site enterprise environment</li>\n <li>Experience developing and managing KPIs, audits, and operational performance programs</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Knowledge and Skills Required:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Global security operations expertise, including GSOC environments, guard force management, and operational security best practices</li>\n <li>Strong foundation in security standards, risk management, and enterprise-level operational frameworks</li>\n <li>Vendor governance experience, including SLAs, performance management, and third-party relationship oversight</li>\n <li>Design and execution of quality assurance programs, operational audits, and continuous improvement initiatives</li>\n <li>Advanced data analysis and reporting skills, including KPI development, dashboards, and executive-level insights</li>\n <li>Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management across global teams and business units, often without direct authority</li>\n <li>Strong communication and executive presentation skills, with ability to influence senior leadership and partners</li>\n <li>Complex problem-solving and critical thinking in fast-paced, global environments with competing priorities</li>\n <li>High integrity, discretion, and strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy, execution, and independent work capability</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>BENEFITS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and disability insurance</li>\n <li>Enrollment in our company’s 401(k)plan</li>\n <li>Eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days</li>\n <li>Vacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly.
