    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p><br></p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 30px;\"><strong>Bulk Operator I</strong></span></p><hr><p><br></p><p id=\"isPasted\">Reporting directly to the Bulk Supervisor, the Bulk Operator 1 is responsible for loading and unloading non-hazardous and hazardous bulk chemicals across facility grounds. &nbsp;</p><hr><p><strong><u>POSITION REQUIREMENTS</u></strong></p><p><strong>Education, Credentials, Licenses:</strong></p><ul><li>A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is requred</li></ul><p><strong>Kind &amp; Length of Experience:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>At least 1 year of experience working in a bulk or yard area is preferred.</li><li>At least 1 year of continuous work history is required.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Able to work on top of tanks up to 70 feet in height;</li><li>Able to work in ambient temperatures (high and low);</li><li>Able to work a 12-hour shift with rotating schedule;</li><li>Able to change elevation using ramps, stairs, and ladders;</li><li>Able to stand and walk for extended periods (e.g., greater than one hour);</li><li>Able to independently lift up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis during shift.</li></ul><p><strong><u>PERFORMANCE MEASURES AND STANDARDS</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Measure and calculate materials through basic arithmetic and strapping charts;</li><li>Perform and follow all procedures, including proper documentation, of processed product;</li></ul><ul><li>Operate equipment (e.g., pumps, piping, hoses, valves, steam, heat trace) to unload and load rail or trucks and ISO containers;</li><li>Operate material handling equipment, (e.g., forklift, yard truck) for non-hazardous and hazardous materials;</li><li>Transfer non-hazardous and hazardous one vessel to another (e.g., tanker trucks, totes, tanks, ISO containers).</li><li>Ability to control equipment through Human Machine Interface and manual equipment;</li><li>Perform autonomous maintenance, including cleaning, inspecting, lubricating, and tightening to maintain equipment base condition;</li><li>Lead or support continuous improvement activities through established methods;</li><li>Maintain housekeeping requirements;</li><li>Maintain 5S (i.e., sort, set in order, shine, standardize, sustain) standards;</li><li>Perform washouts, changeovers, and cleaning and sanitization of facilities and equipment;</li><li>Follow all safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures;</li><li>Act and be safe at all times;</li><li>Understand and adhere to all task, departmental, site, and company safety rules or standards&nbsp;</li><li>Assist in maintaining a safe work environment;</li><li>Comply with all customer, regulatory, and quality requirements in the performance of all tasks as set forth in the company&rsquo;s policies and procedures;</li><li>Keep equipment and work area clean and organized;</li><li>Support efforts to implement and maintain the Responsible Care 14001 (RC14001)/Environment, Health, Safety, &amp; Sustainability (EHS&amp;S) management system;</li><li>Adhere to all Environmental, Health, Safety, Security Requirements covered under Local State and Federal Regulations;</li><li>Follow all RC14001 guiding principles, policies, procedures and other requirements;</li><li>Maintain Hazardous waste in accordance to all Local, State and Federal Regulations;</li><li>Adhere to all DOT, IATA and IMDG hazardous materials or dangerous goods regulations;</li><li>Other duties as requested. &nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Peter Cremer Training Required:</strong></p><ul><li>We will follow the company&rsquo;s written training program for this position.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Customer Service, Teamwork &amp; Code of Conduct:</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain a safe, legal, and environmentally protective operation;</li><li>Listen to our customers, suppliers, and employees;</li><li>Respond quickly to customer concerns;&nbsp;</li><li>Follow set guidelines for Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), quality, and food safety requirements;</li><li>Maintain training on applicable procedures in quality, GMP, and food safety;</li><li>Report any food safety, security, and / or quality issues to management or the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) team to initiate action;</li><li>Provide flexible and innovative strategies to support new business opportunities;&nbsp;</li><li>Be cost effective in the utilization of our resources, thereby contributing to the profitability of Peter Cremer North America, LP and our customers;&nbsp;</li><li>Strive for continuous improvement;</li><li>Willing and eagerness to learn;</li><li>Maintain positive &ldquo;Can Do&rdquo; attitude.</li></ul><p>We are an equal opportunity employer.
