    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p>We are excited to offer TWO classes (Up to 28 hours per week during training).&nbsp;$15.00/hr. during training and $10.00/hr. + tips after successful completion of dealer school and passing of the audition.&nbsp;</p><p>1. Saturday through Wednesday 2pm-6pm</p><p>2.Saturday through Wednesday 6pm-10pm</p><p><strong>The class will begin on Monday, July 6th,2026&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Class will run approximately five (5) to six (6) weeks. There will be weekly reviews of your progress and if you are not meeting expectations, you will be removed from class and provided with two weeks to interview and be considered for other open positions in the casino. You MUST successfully pass an audition at the end of class to be officially hired as a dealer. If unsuccessful you may apply and interview for another position within the casino. &nbsp;Transfer to another role is not guaranteed and is based on availability and qualifications for the new role.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>SUMMARY</strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><p>The Table Games Dealer is responsible for dealing all assigned Table Games including but not limited to Blackjack, Roulette, and Carnival Games in accordance with Prairie Flower Casino&rsquo;s Policies and Procedures while exhibiting a high level of guest service. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Provide accurate and efficient dealing skills at assigned Table Games.</li><li>Adhere to all company and departmental policies and procedures.</li><li>Ensure a high level of game protection is consistently maintained and all regulatory rules are followed.</li><li>Maintain a high level of guest service and internal service standards.</li><li>Ensure the integrity, safety and cleanliness of the property and assets.</li><li>Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.&nbsp;</li><li>Attend all required training and meetings including any position related training deemed necessary by department or company leadership.</li><li>Must be able to work the required work schedule and be flexible to change shifts as needed. &nbsp;This may include nights, weekends, and holidays.&nbsp;</li><li>Work physically onsite to interact personally with guests and others.</li><li>Follow all safety standards and reports any observed safety hazards.</li><li>Is a role model and champion of Prairie Flower Casino&rsquo;s Mission and Values. &nbsp; &nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma is preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>Must have either previously worked as a Table Games Dealer or successfully complete a company provided Dealer School Training course.</li><li>Ability to showcase dealer skills and pass the required Dealer skills audition.</li><li>Must possess the ability to accurately differentiate Cheque colors and appropriate values.</li><li>Must possess the necessary dexterity skills to deal a variety of Table Games.</li><li>Excellent Guest Service and interpersonal skills required.</li><li>Must be able to speak and understand English. &nbsp;</li><li>Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.</li><li>Must be able to maintain appropriate Gaming License.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></li></ul><p><strong>PHYSICAL, MENTAL, AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. &nbsp;</li><li>Regularly required to stand, walk, and sit. &nbsp;</li><li>Consistently required to reach with hands and arms and use hands to grasp, handle and feel objects such as cards, dice, chips, and currency.</li><li>Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
