As part of our Enterprise Resiliency team, you will support the development of risk-based planning and testing programs. This will include driving initiatives within Business Units to enhance our world leading resiliency capabilities by prioritizing, tracking, and reporting on Resiliency compliance.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>You will:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Establish, cultivate, and maintain relationships with Enterprise Resiliency team members and stakeholders to understand program needs and challenges</li>\n <li>Provide guidance on sound structure, planning, testing, and governance to keep Resiliency Programs aligned, current, relevant, actionable, and auditable</li>\n <li>Collaborate with resiliency professionals worldwide before, during, and after tests and exercises to ensure evidenced capability of plans and compliance to standards</li>\n <li>Provide updates, education, and presentations to staff and management on industry trends and best practices for Enterprise Resiliency</li>\n <li>Drive the maturity of Resiliency programs by identifying opportunities for automation and process simplification</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Take the first step towards your dream career</strong> Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here’s what we are looking for with this role: <strong>Essential Requirements&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree, professional certifications (DRII, BCI, ISC2, or ISACA) with10+ years proven experience on Global or Enterprise-level Resiliency Program (Crisis Management, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery) at a Fortune 500 company</li>\n <li>Experience building, facilitating, and measuring effective Crisis Management, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery plans and testing programs based on industry and regulatory standards</li>\n <li>Resiliency thought leadership, best practice awareness, and demonstrated ability to translate into operational enablement</li>\n <li>Proven experience partnering with leaders across lines of business to secure organizational commitment and resources on strategic initiatives</li>\n <li>Cyber Resiliency (Backup, Archive, Ransomware) governance, testing, and best practices</li>\n <li>Third-Party Risk &amp; Resiliency Planning</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Desirable Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with resilient system architecture, high availability, cloud, managed services, and emerging technology solutions</li>\n <li>Process automation and Artificial Intelligence a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Compensation</strong><br>\n  Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
