We bring together people with many different perspectives, experiences, and talents to drive innovation and achieve more together than we can individually. Our commitment to quality and performance optimization is the reason why our IT Service Projects and New Development Projects have been appraised at CMMI Maturity Level 5, positioning us as one of a handful of elite companies to receive the highest form of third-party validation. www.validatek.com \n<h2>Summary</h2>\n<p>ValidaTek is searching for a Requirements, Evaluation, and Design (RED) Team Lead to project manage the planning and implementation of IT solutions supporting a large, enterprise-wide telecommunications and networking infrastructure in a secured DoD environment.  </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>In this role, the RED Team Lead will:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead the RED Team in evaluating requirements, designing solutions, and managing execution of projects.</li>\n <li>Implement a well-crafted project plan that considers project goals, potential risks, timelines, budgets, and ultimate customer satisfaction with end results.</li>\n <li>Drives the project plan to stay on task and not get diverted to side projects that delay project deliverables and do not enhance the overall project goals.</li>\n <li>Have ultimate responsibility for the fiscal health of the project and makes good decisions based on customer requirements and needs and allotted finances.</li>\n <li>Leads and motives a high achieving team. Provides substantive performance feedback and deals with potential issues early so that overall deliverables and quality are not affected.</li>\n <li>Make good decisions under pressure, ensuring risks and potential outcomes are considered.</li>\n <li>Ensure project compliance by following all DoD process, procedures, and regulations.</li>\n <li>Build effective relationships with leadership and stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Provide regular reports on progress being made, identified roadblocks, and solutions to issues. Provides leadership and stakeholders confidence in the project management process and outcomes.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>To be considered for this role, candidates must have:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>5+ years of experience as a Lead Project Manager in a DoD IT environment.</li>\n <li>Project Management Professional (PMP) certification at a minimum.</li>\n <li>Proven proficiency in preparing detailed cost estimate reports.</li>\n <li>Proven proficiency in relevant software tools including MS Office.</li>\n <li>Strong managerial and leadership skills.</li>\n <li>Strong communication skills and the ability to influence leadership and stakeholders.</li>\n <li>All candidates must have a current secret clearance.</li>\n <li>All candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Management, or related field. A  master’s degree is preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Posted Min Pay Rate</h2>USD $114,693.12/Yr.\n<h2>Posted Max Pay Rate</h2>USD $191,155.20/Yr.\n<h2>Salary Disclosure</h2>Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location, contract affordability, internal equity, education, and certifications. The upper end of the salary range may be reserved for individuals who have demonstrated tenure with the company, seniority, and proven excellent performance.
