Key responsibilities include:</span></span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-left: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\"><span style=\"font-size: 9pt;\">Understanding and following Westview Co-op’s Health and Safety Program while promoting a culture of safety.</span></span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\"><span style=\"font-size: 9pt;\">Providing world-class service to Members and Guests and upholding our brand promise through our “You’re at Home Here” motto.</span></span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\"><span style=\"font-size: 9pt;\">Collaborating closely with team members to achieve sales goals and ensure Guests receive expert advice across various commodity lines.</span></span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\"><span style=\"font-size: 9pt;\">Maintaining strong product knowledge and an understanding of financial results.</span></span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\"><span style=\"font-size: 9pt;\">Identifying new opportunities to drive sales and grow market share.</span></span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\"><span style=\"font-size: 9pt;\">Travelling throughout Westview Co-op’s trading area.</span></span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\"><span style=\"font-size: 9pt;\">Completing other duties and special projects as assigned.</span></span></p></li></ul><p style=\"margin: 3pt 0in 6pt;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin: 3pt 0in 6pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 9pt;\"><strong>Who you are</strong>:</span></p><p style=\"margin-left: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 9pt; line-height: 115%;\">Grade 12 or Equivalent with a preference for post-secondary education (Business Diploma or Degree).&nbsp; Previous (5-10 years) progressive and successful sales experience. Commitment to ongoing development in the industry and relevant designations/knowledge (agronomy, chemical, seed, crop production, fuel &amp; lubricants).&nbsp; CCA, Pag or equivalent experience.&nbsp; &nbsp;Knowledge of fuel and lubricants is required.&nbsp;</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin: 3pt 0in 6pt;\"><br><span style=\"font-size: 9pt;\">We are looking for a positive, approachable and motivated individual with a drive to learn.
