Responsibilities
Summary of Essential Duties: Provides direct and indirect care services, including, but not limited to, the administration of medications and therapeutic agents necessary to implement treatment, disease prevention, or rehabilitative plan of care Delivers direct care to assigned patients in an ambulatory setting Prepares patients and assists providers during outpatient procedures Identifies and assesses patient safety concerns with respect to age and developmental considerations Provides care to special patient populations and patients with diverse cultural backgrounds
Qualifications
Qualifications: Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program required BSN preferred Certifications/Licensure: Current, unrestricted California RN license required ACLS from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required specialty certification required for internal CNIII or willing to obtain one for external hires within one (1) year from start of hire Experience: A minimum of 3 year of acute care nursing experience required Procedural experience preferred Cedars-Sinai is an EEO employer.
