You will help grow and strengthen our Texas structural team while supporting Stantec’s continued success in delivering transportation projects.&nbsp;</p>\n </div>\n <div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px\">\n  <p>You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while mentoring staff and maintaining strong client relationships. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
