Reporting to the QAQC Manager (EMEA), this role ensures technical compliance, repeatability, and standardization across all mechanical, electrical, and civil works.</p><p>Acting as a bridge between construction and commissioning teams, the QAQC Manager will drive quality control initiatives, oversee site inspections, and maintain CloudHQ’s commitment to excellence on every build.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><p><strong>Quality Oversight</strong></p><ul><li>Implement CloudHQ’s QA/QC program on French projects, aligning with company-wide quality standards and project-specific requirements.<br>&nbsp;</li><li>Supervise QA/QC professionals and contractors involved in on-site quality activities.<br>&nbsp;</li><li>Apply lessons learned from prior European projects to improve processes and prevent recurring issues.</li></ul><p><strong>Site Inspections and Compliance</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct regular site inspections and audits during construction phases, verifying installations against QA/QC procedures and local French and EU construction standards.<br>&nbsp;</li><li>Review and approve MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) and CSA (civil, structural, architectural) installations for compliance with technical specifications and performance metrics.<br>&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure quality assurance and testing records are accurately maintained and traceable.</li></ul><p><strong>Coordination and Engagement</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate closely with the QAQC Manager (EMEA), project managers, contractors, and vendors to resolve field quality issues promptly and effectively.<br>&nbsp;</li><li>Provide technical guidance and support to contractor teams, promoting adherence to CloudHQ procedures and industry best practices.<br>&nbsp;</li><li>Communicate regularly with the wider European QAQC organization to share insights, updates, and best practices.</li></ul><p><strong>Quality Reporting and
