    "description": "<p><span>WRS has an immediate opening for a Civil Construction Pipe Layer. </span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The Civil Construction Pipelayer plays a critical role in the installation of underground utility systems, including water, sewer, and storm infrastructure.
