    "description": "<h2>Our Company</h2>\n<p>Amerita</p>\n<p></p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Nurse Practitioner Supervisor will be responsible for the oversight of the MosAIC Nursing team to include, day-to day staff management, patient care, maintaining accurate and current patient records and scheduling and administering follow-up appointments to patients as required. The Supervisor will work as a member of the Nursing Team to coordinate services with our nurses and physicians and will assist in delivering premium care to each and every patient.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Location:</strong></p>7307 S. Revere ParkwaySuite 200Centennial, CO 80112\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform initial patient screenings and patient history and physical examinations </li>\n <li>Provide infusions and injections to MosAIC patients and Amerita patients if needed</li>\n <li>Provide complete assessments of patients receiving infusions, and initiate emergency protocols should significant adverse reactions occur </li>\n <li>Deliver quality care while maintaining productivity metrics </li>\n <li>Update patient records and check records for accuracy at each patient appointment </li>\n <li>Analyze test data and determine the need for follow-up appointments and further treatment options </li>\n <li>Serve as the resource patients need for ongoing care information and counseling, and provide guidance for any patients with critical conditions </li>\n <li>Complete documentation in Company EHR system</li>\n <li>Under the supervision of General Manager, may complete daily management responsibilities, such as: \n  <ul>\n   <li>Time off requests and timecard approvals in the Time Keeping system </li>\n   <li>Participate in the annual performance review process </li>\n   <li>Provide feedback for staff performance improvement and disciplinary action </li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Master’s Degree in Nursing, required </li>\n <li>5+ years’ nursing experience, preferred </li>\n <li>3-5 years’ supervisory experience, preferred</li>\n <li>Valid nurse practitioner license in the state of employment, required </li>\n <li>Must utilize strong written and interpersonal communication skills </li>\n <li>Work collaboratively with physician to deliver optimum care to patients </li>\n <li>Work within a team and take direction </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About our Line of Business</h2>Amerita, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is a specialty infusion company focused on providing complex pharmaceutical products and clinical services to patients outside of the hospital.
