    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong><u>Wireline Operator</u></strong></p><p><strong><u>JOB SUMMARY</u></strong>: Incumbent in this position operates all mechanical wireline equipment on a well head operating site. Work performed includes connecting all hardware, maintaining equipment &nbsp;and completing all wireline operations according to the customer&rsquo;s specifications.</p><p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities</strong>:</p><ul><li>Understand and adhere to all Tier 1 Completions Solutions Inc. (Tier 1) policies and procedures, furthermore, understand and adhere to any client&rsquo;s policies and procedures;</li><li>Prepares and builds perforating tools;</li><li>Operates derrick truck, including rigging up and rigging down;</li><li>Prepares rigging tools in preparation for assigned job;</li><li>Cleans and maintains wireline trucks;</li><li>Cleans and performs maintenance work on tools;</li><li>Operates wireline truck as needed;</li><li>Completes safety paperwork (explosive paperwork, JSA, worksite safety plan);</li><li>Completes logbook entries;</li><li>Assembles guns for upcoming jobs;</li><li>Prepares Job Safety Analysis forms, identifying potential hazards and making suggestions to mitigate them, and Stop Observation forms summarizing safety training operations;</li><li>Performs other related duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Knowledge and Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Prior work experience in wireline operations;</li><li>Good mechanical aptitude;</li><li>Basic knowledge of safety requirements and industry practices;</li><li>Working knowledge of all well forming aspects preferred.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Demands and Working Conditions:</strong></p><ul><li>Frequent climbing (stairs, ladders, terrain);</li><li>Frequent lifting, pushing and pulling (70 pounds);</li><li>Frequent bending, twisting and standing;</li><li>Exposure to working outdoors in all-weather conditions;</li><li>Ability to work more than 40 hours in any given week;</li><li>Exposure to high noise over 85 dba;</li><li>Working with radiation;</li><li>Working with explosives;</li><li>Precise hand eye coordination;</li><li>Basic keyboard and other skills;</li><li>Operation of heavy equipment or vehicles.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>Educations, Certificates, Licenses and Registrations:</strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent preferred;</li><li>CDL Hazmat and tank License is an asset;</li><li>First Aid and CPR certified highly preferred.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Results from a pre-employment test must be deemed acceptable in accordance to Tier 1&rsquo;s policies;</li><li>5 years commercial/drivers abstract must be in compliant with Tier 1&rsquo;s guidelines;</li><li>Preference will be given to candidates that reside in the immediate area of the position;</li><li>Ability to travel;</li><li>Must have the ability to pass a Federal background check;</li><li>Must be authorized to work in the United States with no restrictions;</li><li>*Compliance to work in US with explosives (specific documentation).</li></ul></div></div></div>\n",
