This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast&#8209;paced environment.</p><hr><h1><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></h1><ul><li>Perform daily pre&#8209;trip inspections on assigned trucks and equipment.</li><li>Accurately track crew time, material usage, and quantities of installed items in alignment with company guidelines.</li><li>Maintain familiarity with TMI job numbers and ongoing projects.</li><li>Meet weekly with the General Superintendent to review completed projects, discuss questions, and provide crew updates.</li><li>Prepare and load all required materials for scheduled work.</li><li>Conduct pre&#8209;job discussions with the crew and verify that all employees have appropriate PPE.</li><li>Maintain extra PPE in the vehicle and distribute as needed.</li><li>Correctly load and secure all materials and equipment.</li><li>Drive assigned vehicles and equipment to and from job sites.</li><li>Perform minor maintenance and repairs on equipment as needed.</li><li>Oversee overall maintenance and cleanliness of assigned equipment.</li><li>Manually load and unload equipment and materials, or oversee employees performing these tasks.</li><li>Assist with roadway layout and marking operations.</li><li>Perform roadway preparation tasks such as grinding, sealing, and tape removal.</li><li>Ensure work zone traffic control is set up safely and assign certified flaggers as needed.</li><li>Oversee the cleaning and organization of the warehouse, yard, shop, office, and vehicles to maintain a safe, orderly work environment.</li><li>Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety protocols for all employees under your supervision.</li><li>Perform other job&#8209;related duties as assigned.</li></ul><hr><h1><strong>Skills and Knowledge</strong></h1><ul><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).</li><li>Ability to read gauges, indicators, and basic equipment controls.</li><li>Troubleshooting abilities with a focus on practical solutions.</li><li>Strong critical&#8209;thinking and problem&#8209;solving skills.</li><li>Ability to apply basic math concepts.</li><li>Effective time&#8209;management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Ability to read and follow instructions, procedures, and plan documents.</li><li>Ability to read a tape measure accurately.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to apply job knowledge to achieve results.</li><li>Ability to complete required certifications, including Traffic Control Technician.</li><li>Hold and maintain current forklift certification.</li><li>Maintain a valid CDL.</li></ul><hr><h1><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></h1><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Valid CDL driver&#8217;s license and current Medical/Physical Card.</li><li>Must meet all fleet policy driver eligibility requirements.</li><li>Ability to successfully complete First Aid, CPR, AED, and Flagger training as assigned.</li><li>Satisfactory background check.</li><li>Availability for on&#8209;call assignments as needed.</li><li>Ability to respond immediately to emergency situations.</li><li>Ability to meet the physical demands of the role (reasonable accommodations may be provided).</li></ul><hr><h1><strong>Work Environment</strong></h1><p>Traf&#8209;Mark Industries, LLC is a <strong>drug&#8209; and alcohol&#8209;free workplace</strong>.
