    "description": "<h2>About Us</h2>\n<p></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Casa de Montecristo gives the adult cigar consumer the premier cigar experience, featuring large selections of premium cigars, modern lounges, walk-in humidors and full bars across the multiple locations in the United States.</p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Bartender is responsible for delivering cultivating strong guest relationships and delivering operational excellence of a Casa de Montecristo location, as part of a team that achieves high standards of results.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide a world-class guest experience in the bar, restaurant, smoking lounges and overall location through exemplary service and selling skills. Serves as a Casa de Montecristo brand ambassador.</li>\n <li>Build relationships with customers. Proactively and effectively communicate product features and benefits, as well as promotional information.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate a tenacious drive for results. Accountable for becoming a trusted, successful expert in the bar and consistently work as part of a team to exceed sales and KPI goals.</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain strong knowledge of Casa de Montecristo products.</li>\n <li>Assists in the complete operations of the store, including accurate pouring, stock control and product maintenance.</li>\n <li>Performs all functions to effectively execute corporate initiatives in a timely, efficient and resource-wise manner.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Follows all Casa de Montecristo policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) as well as state and local regulations.</li>\n <li>Maintains visual and cleanliness standards to support the brand image. Ensures a comfortable, responsible and safe environment.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous bartending experience required.</li>\n <li>POS and/or computer skills needed</li>\n <li>Knowledge of wine, liquor and spirits. Bartender certification a plus (or required if applicable)</li>\n <li>Ability to work a flexible schedule (night, weekends, holidays)</li>\n <li>Exceptional interpersonal skills</li>\n <li>Hands on team player with a strong work-ethic</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain license and certifications as required by state.</li>\n <li>Passionate and persistent about a delivering a stellar guest experience.</li>\n <li>A track record of meeting challenging sales and operational goals</li>\n <li>Demonstrated flexibility and emotional intelligence to adapt to a  frequently changing business conditions with energy and accountability.  </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Work Environment Conditions</h2>\n<p><strong>Work Environment/Conditions:</strong></p>\n<p>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to smoke or airborne particles. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/ or humid conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands: </strong>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands, reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel or sit; the employee must frequently lift and/ or move up to 35 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include the ability to adjust focus.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Posted Salary Range</h2>USD $13.00 - USD $15.00 /Hr.",
