You feel comfortable looking at sales data and suggesting business changes which positively impact this data.  </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What your role would be </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Our retail leadership team is instrumental in ensuring that our desired customer experience and retail experience is met in every store.  You will connect regularly with them.  </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supporting the store management in executing key store strategies </li>\n<li>Ensuring that the store is a unique and inviting experience for our customers. Each visit should best reflect our brand and what we stand for</li>\n<li>Oversee and coach sales assistant to deliver exceptional customer experience </li>\n<li>Sharing your passion for cooking and entertaining and love to help others learn more about the products and services that we offer</li>\n<li>Ensuring that the internal operational processes of the store follow the set procedures of the business. You will be responsible for resolving store operational concerns.</li>\n<li>You will be working alongside our existing retail team and store management.  You will assist in ensuring our operations processes are followed to keep everything in check.  </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What experience and skills you need for the role</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Experience:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 2 years experience in a premium brand in a retail environment </li>\n<li>Have previously taken on a level of store management in a retail environment</li>\n<li>Knowledge of various POS and stock management systems.
