Description The St. Louis, MO office of Modjeski and Masters is seeking a Professional Engineer (PE) with at least 5 years of Bridge Design Experience and experience with IDOT or MoDOT projects. What We’re Looking For At least 5 years of related bridge design experience Valid Professional Engineer License (PE) SE is preferred Experience with IDOT or MoDOT Projects required What You’ll Do Review and check structural design calculations. Perform structural analysis and design of bridge components using analysis software. Provide information for design reports. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, including field inspections and construction service assignments. Communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing. Prepare project-related documents and internal correspondence. Perform and check quantity take-offs from contract plans. Review and check drawings. Use engineering analysis software such as LUSAS, RISA-3D, LEAP Bridge, AutoCAD, MicroStation etc. Correctly apply relevant design specifications, including: AASHTO, AREMA, AISC, ACI, etc. Why Join Us?
