We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager who is ready to contribute with both technical expertise and a collaborative mindset. As an Assistant Project Manager , you'll support impactful stormwater projects focused on drainage design, flood mitigation, and water quality improvements. You'll collaborate with municipalities, clients, and internal teams to help solve complex challenges related to watershed management and regulatory compliance, while continuing to grow your skills and learn from experienced mentors. This is an opportunity to be part of a team that makes a tangible difference—reducing flood risks, improving environmental outcomes, and shaping sustainable communities. You'll be encouraged to bring forward innovative ideas and will see your work directly impact the safety and quality of life for the communities we serve. This opportunity is a hybrid role based out of our Charlotte, North Carolina office.
