Additionally, we provide Annual Leave, Sick Leave, Holiday Pay, Educational Assistance, Certification /Training Reimbursement, and a 401(k)-retirement savings contribution plan (with employer match).</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>GLOTECH, Inc. is seeking to fill multiple Laborer positions in San Diego, CA.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Laborer performs a variety of general manual labor tasks onboard U.S. Navy ships including but not limited to:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lifting and moving materials, loading, unloading, painting, grinding, and other activities in a helping or assisting mode.  </li>\n <li>Transports materials, tools, and equipment to and within work sites as required. </li>\n <li>Participates in special projects as required. </li>\n <li>Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the function of the job. </li>\n <li>Works under immediate supervision. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma and a minimum of one year related experience.</li>\n <li>OSHA 10 certification.</li>\n <li>Eligibility to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Will be required to Fire Watch so past experience is helpful.</li>\n <li>Experience with ripout and installation of cabling and cableway banding is desired.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>GLOTECH, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer - Minorities/Females/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities.</strong></p>",
