In this role, you&#39;ll build relationships with customers, provide product recommendations, process sales transactions, and support day-to-day store operations. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to balance sales, service, and operational responsibilities in a style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Greet customers and provide fast, friendly, and professional service</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Build and maintain strong relationships with customers</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist customers with product selection and recommendations</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Process sales transactions accurately through the point-of-sale system</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Handle cash, credit card, and debit card transactions</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Process returns and exchanges</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Conduct regular outreach to existing and prospective customers</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Answer customer questions and provide product information</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain accurate records
