Job Description: The Administrative Assistant provides support to Patient Safety & Experience Rural with a focus on data entry and other administrative duties. The incumbent is required to manage Quality & Safety correspondence through data entry and report generation. The incumbent works closely with Managers, Specialists and Associates with the ability to fluidly change focus between tasks and areas. Timely and consistent entry of information is required. The confidential management of all information is essential, as is strict adherence to privacy legislation.

Grade 12 Certificate/Diploma in Office Administration Knowledge & Abilities:
Advance computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Access). Typing speed of 55 wpm Demonstrate ability to use computers and associated equipment Competencies:
Administrative skills Advanced written communication skills Advanced verbal communication skills Organizational skills Other Information:
