    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.2.27/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><div><p><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:-.05in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>JOB SUMMARY:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:-.05in;\">The Nurturing Coach II is responsible for engaging at-risk families involved in the system of care and providing evidence-based parenting programing though either the Nurturing Parenting (NPP), Parents as Teachers (PAT), or Parenting Journey (PJP) curriculum. The NPP and PAT services are provided one-on-one at the family&rsquo;s home, while PJP is provided in a group setting. This individual will be responsible for assessing child safety and meeting the unique needs of the families served. Communication and coordination with other agencies and community services is also required. This individual must act with a high degree of independent judgment and under minimal supervision.</p><p style=\"margin-left:-.05in;\">Kids Central Inc. serves five (5) counties within Circuit 5 which include Citrus, Hernando, Lake, Marion and Sumter counties. All staff must be able to work in any of the five counties we support and serve.</p><p style=\"margin-left:-.05in;\">Services are provided in the home to meet the unique needs of the families served.</p><p style=\"margin-left:-.05in;\"><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li>Provides direct services to children and their families, which may include:&nbsp;<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Conducting both announced and unannounced, home visits at the child&rsquo;s place of residence</li><li>Explaining programming and engaging families in services</li><li>Administering and reviewing comprehensive assessments with the family</li><li>Developing family goals in partnership with the family&nbsp;</li><li>Managing crises with families</li><li>Delivering strength based, evidence-based curriculums</li><li>Facilitating groups, both in person and virtually&nbsp;</li><li>Connecting individuals/families to community resources and completing referrals when necessary</li><li>Assessing child safety and well-being</li></ul></li><li>Other duties and responsibilities may include:<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Collaborative communication with referral sources and other service providers</li><li>Completing documentation and mandatory reports in the appropriate reporting systems, accurately and timely&nbsp;</li><li>Developing and maintaining relationships with other community agencies, organizations, and resources in an effort to provide comprehensive and effective services for clients (i.e., schools, courts, hospitals, etc.)&nbsp;</li><li>Maintaining individual family files&nbsp;</li><li>Working as a team member by assisting in the field and participating in peer reviews&nbsp;</li><li>Attending all mandatory trainings and meetings hosted by Kids Central Inc.</li><li>Mandatory reporting&nbsp;</li><li>Other duties and tasks as assigned as the above is not all encompassing</li></ul></li></ul><p>This list of functions is not intended to be exhaustive. Kids Central reserves the right to revise this job description as needed to comply with actual job requirements.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><u>Education/Experience</u></p><p>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in human services or related field required. Master&rsquo;s degree in social work or related field preferred.
