    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Application Process for Fall 2026 Residents closes on July 6, 2026.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">OBJECTIVE:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The Rolling Hills Ministry Residency Program exists to train, equip and develop the next generation of leaders for The Kingdom. It is specifically designed for both college-aged students and young adults looking for ministry experience, leadership development, spiritual formation, and an inside look into healthy church culture. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Worship Arts Residents will gain hands-on experience in all aspects of Worship Arts Ministry while in the program. Individuals can choose from one of two tracks:</span></p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Worship Arts/Worship Leading</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Worship Arts/Tech</span></li>\n</ol>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">PROGRAM DETAILS</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Full-year (52-week) program</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">20-25 hours/week</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">GIFTS/SKILLS SET:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Leadership</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Organization</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong Work Ethic</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Interpersonal Skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Teachability</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">EXPECTATIONS:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Mature, growing follower of Christ</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Live an exemplary life, modeling the character of Jesus</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Servant leader with church body</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Remain humble as well as flexible</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">At least 21 years old</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Serve alongside specific ministry area leadership</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Attend all required monthly and weekly meetings of the Rolling Hills Residency Program, as well as any meetings specific to specific ministry area</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Additional ministry area tasks as assigned by supervisor</span></li>\n</ul>",
