Will strive to maintain Corporate Branding and season creative direction that enhance individual Leagues and Licenses through visual storytelling. This person needs to be results-oriented, team player with a passion for sports.&nbsp; This is a fast paced, exciting work environment where you will work with a passionate team, producing quality graphics.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>how you will make an impact:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for creating graphics for our licensed business.</li>\n <li>Ability to replicate design templates.</li>\n <li>Assist in the development of design and hot market presentations supporting brand and league marks.</li>\n <li>Proofs color comps for trademarks, taglines, colors, and team logos prior to submitting to our Licensing department.</li>\n <li>Maintain an active understanding of trends in sports apparel and sports / pop culture, consumer insights, new business opportunities, and competitors in the market to influence design aesthetic and strategy through the development of original and creative design.</li>\n <li>Confidently share fresh perspectives that will enhance creativity and promote new ideas through written and verbal communications to internal partners.</li>\n <li>Adheres to all Department and Company Standards, Operating Procedures and Safety Requirements.</li>\n <li>Treats others with respect and conducts themselves in a positive and inclusive manner daily.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>what you bring to the team:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Associate degree in Arts or related field or the equivalent combination of education,&nbsp;<br>\n  training, or work experience</li>\n <li>Must provide a strong professional portfolio showcasing a wide range of design skills/abilities</li>\n <li>Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workload, adapt to change, and maintain composure under pressure.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Must have intermediate to advanced level experience with Adobe Creative Suite</li>\n <li>Familiarity with Pantone Matching System</li>\n <li>Maintains a positive and professional attitude towards team, vendors, and clients.</li>\n <li>Must be detail oriented</li>\n <li>Can manage projects individually or as a part of a team.</li>\n <li>Results driven and solutions focused</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment</li>\n <li>Sports fan a plus</li>\n <li>Ability to learn and apply accurate PMS Color matching knowledge and distinguish between similar shades of color</li>\n <li>Ability to maintain focus for extended periods of time</li>\n <li>Ability to utilize a computer continuously</li>\n <li>Ability to sit continuously</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><i>At Fanatics, we value transparency and honesty.
