    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>AMERICAN SYSTEMS is an employee-owned federal government contractor supporting national priority programs through our strategic solutions in the areas of Information Technology, Test & Evaluation, Program Mission Support, Engineering & Analysis, and Training.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for all aspects of the work and authority to the tasking, work, products, schedules, budgets and specific courses of action.</li>\n <li>Provide overall program management oversight to execute this task order; manage all tasks across all areas of technical performance, schedule, quality and cost.</li>\n <li>Assemble monthly financial reports.</li>\n <li>Prepare and track spend plans.</li>\n <li>Interact with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). </li>\n <li>Ensure traceable summarization of subcontractor data supporting the prime.</li>\n <li>Provide direct program office support and be prepared to provide a rapid response capability to address emergent issues, staff special problem resolution teams and recommend courses of action. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's level degree in any technical or managerial discipline.</li>\n <li>Active Secret Clearance</li>\n <li>15 years’ experience in program/project management. </li>\n <li>Experience managing US Navy submarine combat systems related programs.</li>\n <li>Experience in the overall planning, direction and execution of major ship/submarine maintenance programs, systems development efforts, and research or technology initiatives.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of Program Management, including the acquisition process, budgeting process, and financial tracking (Earned Value Management (EVM) and other metrics), funding execution, and the contracting process</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Transparency Statement</h2>AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $132,500.00/Yr. - USD $221,300.00/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
