Maintain the appearance of the BottleDrop Redemption Center and surrounding area to meet company standards. \\r\\n\\r\\n&nbsp;\\r\\n\\r\\nPrimary Duties &amp; Responsibilities\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\tMaintain the appearance of the facility inside and outside including sweeping, mopping, wiping down counters, machines, windows and doors, properly storing supplies and cleaning the break room and restrooms.\\r\\n\\tEducate and introduce customers to Oregon&rsquo;s Bottle Bill and the BottleDrop system.\\r\\n\\tAssist BottleDrop customers with kiosk, payment slips, bags, tags, hand counts, and reverse vending machines (RVMs).\\r\\n\\tEnforce daily limits in a professional and considerate manner.\\r\\n\\tEfficiently and accurately complete all data entry requirements and the processing of beverage containers.\\r\\n\\tSafely operate, maintain and troubleshoot equipment and Redemption Center tools.\\r\\n\\tEscalate repair issues when necessary.\\r\\n\\tAdhere to OSHA Safety Standards and OBRC policies.\\r\\n\\tAdhere to proper PPE (safety glasses, hearing protection, hand protection) usage in designated areas of RC.\\r\\n\\tOther job duties as assigned.\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n&nbsp;\\r\\n\\r\\nEducation/Experience\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\tHigh School diploma or GED required.\\r\\n\\tCustomer service and/or cash handling experience are preferred.\\r\\n\\tExperience in a fast-paced retail environment is preferred.\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n&nbsp;\\r\\n\\r\\nRequirements &ndash; Skills, Job Knowledge &amp; Abilities\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\t&bull;Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate professionally at all levels with internal and external business partners.\\r\\n\\tAbility to work well in a team environment.\\r\\n\\tAbility to operate manual/electric pallet jacks after training/certification.\\r\\n\\tAbility to operate powered floor scrubber after training/certification.\\r\\n\\tAbility to communicate effectively and provide a positive experience for our customers.\\r\\n\\tReliable with punctual attendance.\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n&nbsp;\\r\\n\\r\\nSupervisory Responsibility\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\tNone\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n&nbsp;\\r\\n\\r\\nTravel\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\t&nbsp;None\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n&nbsp;\\r\\n\\r\\nWorking Conditions/Physical Requirements\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\tWork outdoors in various temperatures/conditions.\\r\\n\\tExposure to industrial equipment with moving mechanical parts.\\r\\n\\tOccasional exposure to odors of empty beverage containers.\\r\\n\\tNoise levels in designated areas of the redemption center require the use of approved hearing protection.\\r\\n\\tMust be able to frequently lift/carry up to 30lbs.\\r\\n\\tMust be able to occasionally lift/carry up to 50 lbs.\\r\\n\\tPush/pull 50+ lbs. frequently (wheeled bag racks).\\r\\n\\tTalking and hearing is frequently required.\\r\\n\\tSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.\\r\\n\\tMust be able to stand and walk.\\r\\n\\tMust be able to bend/stoop/crouch/squat.\\r\\n\\tMust be able to use arms/wrists/hands/grasp.\\r\\n\\tMust be able to occasionally climb and balance.\\r\\n\\r\\n\",\"employmentType\":\"PART_TIME\",\"hiringOrganization\":{\"@type\":\"Organization\",\"name\":\"OREGON BEVERAGE RECYCLING COOPERATIVE\",\"logo\":\"https://www.paycomonline.net/v4/ats/web.php/application/style/logo?clientkey=5893D58B965CB23890EAB31F5A6CE176\"},\"jobLocation\":{\"@type\":\"Place\",\"address\":{\"streetAddress\":\"6100 SE King Rd\",\"addressLocality\":\"Milwaukie\",\"addressRegion\":\"OR\",\"postalCode\":97222,\"addressCountry\":\"USA\"}},\"validThrough\":\"-0001-11-30\"}",
