Remove, fill or compact the soil. Follow the instructions of the supervisors. Craftsman support. Willing to learn on-the-job training if needed. Clean up the site. Requirements A valid driver's license is required. Aged 18 years and older. Baccalaureate. Ability to do manual labor and other heavy work. All-weather performance. Workers must be punctual and reliable. Must have experience as a general laborer in the construction industry.
