This position is responsible for performing maintenance, grounds upkeep and some technical functions throughout the community.&nbsp;\n </div>\n</div>\n<div>\n <br>\n &nbsp;\n</div>\n<div>\n <div>\n  <div>\n   <div>\n    <div>\n     <div>\n      <div>\n       <div>\n        <strong>Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Maintenance Tech:</strong>\n       </div>\n       <div>\n        <ul>\n         <li>Exemplify at all times Community standards of professionalism and standard technical practices.</li>\n         <li>Responsible for performing a variety of maintenance functions to maintain a functional, safe environment to meet the needs of residents.</li>\n         <li>On - Call every other weekend for emergency maintenance needs. <i>You will be compensated for being on call and a paid 8hr day off in the week for this.</i></li>\n        </ul>\n       </div>\n       <div>\n        <strong>Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:</strong>\n       </div>\n       <div>\n        <ul>\n         <li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.</li>\n         <li>1 - 3 years experience in commercial/apartment building maintenance preferred.</li>\n         <li><strong>Must be able to pass a drug screen, TB Skin Test and Background check</strong>.</li>\n         <li>Be willing to be “On-Call” every other weekend - compensation for this is given and a paid day off in the week.</li>\n        </ul>\n        <p>&nbsp;</p>\n        <p><i><strong><u>Wages Start at $23/hour to $25/hr previous experience. All Wages are negotiable.
