We are a hybrid team of operation and healthcare professionals who oversee Doctor Anywhere ’s medical operations including Online &amp; Offline GP services, mobile clinic, health screening and radiology services. With our patients as top priority, our team works closely together to deliver the benefits of innovative medical technology.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">About the role:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">We are seeking an Assistant, Mobile Services (Locum) who will provide operational support to our mobile team of doctors and nurses who travel across Singapore to deliver trusted patient care - health screening, vaccination, medical consultation and nursing procedures - at corporate on-site and home-based settings. The ideal candidate possesses a mindset of continuous improvement and change and demonstrates genuine curiosity, collaboration and ability to deal with ambiguity, especially in a start-up environment.<br><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">This role reports directly to the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Manager, Mobile Services.</span><br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">A summary of the key responsibilities are as follows:</span><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Coordinate on-site, home-based, and in-clinic appointments accurately and efficiently across different communication channels.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Manage the deployment of mobile doctors and nurses for on-site and home-based services, ensuring optimal time and route utilisation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Account for proper handover and takeover of equipment and accurate inventory levels.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ensure the accurate and timely submission of necessary medical claims in accordance with prevailing government regulations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Prepare, generate and upload medical reports to clients accurately and in a timely manner.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Respond to all phone, email, or text enquiries, professionally and in a timely manner.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Provide operational support at on-site events. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Liaise with external test laboratories on specimen collection and processing to ensure accurate and timely results.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Manager.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">About you</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Able to work on rostered shifts on weekdays and some weekends.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Minimum two years of customer service experience preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite tools, and computer literacy.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Good verbal and written communication skills in English.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proactive, meticulous and comfortable working on daily assigned tasks independently.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Be comfortable with travelling to event on-site locations.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">About Doctor Anywhere</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Doctor Anywhere (DA) is a regional tech-enabled, omnichannel healthcare provider delivering care to 2.5 million users across 6 countries in Southeast Asia.
