Communication:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client communication on small, retainer-based e</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">ngagements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Conduct regular client meetings (sprint planning, stand-ups, UAT, and retrospectives) to ensure </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">alignment and continuous collaboration.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Collaborate with Success Managers to align on communication strategy and identify opportunities </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">to expand month-over-month client relationships.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Prepare and issue monthly project invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Sprint &amp; Retainer Management:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Lead Shopify design and development projects delivered in a continuous, sprint-based model.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Create detailed sprint plans, timelines, and utilization forecasts for each monthly period.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ensure all project tasks and deliverables are tracked and managed in the project management </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">system.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Monitor employee time against allocation and retainer scope, escalating issues as needed to stay </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">within budget.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Prepare and present weekly status reports to clients and leadership, highlighting overall retainer </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">health and progress.</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Business Analysis &amp; Technical Leadership:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Collaborate directly with client stakeholders to define and refine project needs and requirements </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">on an ongoing basis.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Translate requirements into clear, concise User Stories for the design and development teams to </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">execute within each sprint.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Lead internal team meetings (stand-ups, status, retrospectives) to ensure everyone is aligned on </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">priorities and next steps.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Perform a final high-level quality assurance review of all features and bug fixes before each client </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">handoff.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Identify and document potential risks, then work with the team to develop and implement effective </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">mitigation plans to ensure sprint success.</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Additional Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Manage four to seven ongoing client support engagements, providing hands-on sprint </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">coordination.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Provide support to team members on system access and troubleshooting issues as they arise.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Lead the implementation of one to two internal initiatives per year.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Non-Essential Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Performs administrative tasks such as attending internal team and company-wide meetings,</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">responding to emails, and time tracking</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Other duties as assigned</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Education &amp; Experience Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Bachelor's degree specializing in Business, Management, or related field or equivalent work</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">experience.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Two (2) to three (3) years of experience in project management.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Working knowledge of the Shopify platform and related 3rd party solutions and integrations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Digital/eCommerce industry and/or agency experience.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">PMP, CAPM or Agile-related certification a plus.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Other Knowledge, Skills &amp;
