Of course, there are other areas that would also need your time and attention, such as inventory management, addressing customer concerns, managing work and event schedules, and ensuring overall functioning of the store.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What you&rsquo;ll need to have:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>At minimum, you&rsquo;ll have a High School diploma or the equivalent, plus valid driver&rsquo;s license. An Associate&rsquo;s or bachelor&rsquo;s degree is preferred. <strong>For this position, we&rsquo;re looking for a person who has sales experience, and ideally, management experience.</strong> If you have experience with sales involving commissions, that would be highly desirable. Bilingual candidates are desirable. You&rsquo;ll also need the ability to pass all pre-employment processes, including motor vehicle record check, background check, and substance screening.
