This is an opportunity for an experienced healthcare sales professional who understands relationship-based selling and thrives in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.</p><p data-start=\"680\" data-end=\"825\">If you have an established network, know how to grow market share, and understand the hospice and post-acute landscape, we want to talk with you.</p><h2 data-section-id=\"1wajri6\" data-start=\"827\" data-end=\"844\">What You&rsquo;ll Do</h2><ul data-start=\"845\" data-end=\"1722\"><li data-section-id=\"j2onux\" data-start=\"845\" data-end=\"1023\">Build, strengthen, and expand referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, case managers, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and community partners.</li><li data-section-id=\"u5no5h\" data-start=\"1024\" data-end=\"1133\">Position Choice Hospice as the <strong data-start=\"1057\" data-end=\"1079\">provider of choice</strong> through consultative selling and exceptional service.</li><li data-section-id=\"8n1d4i\" data-start=\"1134\" data-end=\"1223\">Develop strategic territory growth plans and execute initiatives that drive admissions.</li><li data-section-id=\"1i0ua4w\" data-start=\"1224\" data-end=\"1307\">Educate referral partners on hospice eligibility, services, and patient benefits.</li><li data-section-id=\"1c5mscq\" data-start=\"1308\" data-end=\"1381\">Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned markets.</li><li data-section-id=\"1bz5hrs\" data-start=\"1382\" data-end=\"1474\">Partner closely with clinical and operations teams to ensure seamless patient transitions.</li><li data-section-id=\"1suq3g1\" data-start=\"1475\" data-end=\"1568\">Maintain strong visibility within the healthcare community through outreach and networking.</li><li data-section-id=\"19kohla\" data-start=\"1569\" data-end=\"1622\">Meet and exceed monthly admission and growth goals.</li><li data-section-id=\"xuy1kg\" data-start=\"1623\" data-end=\"1722\">Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to healthcare marketing.</li></ul><h2 data-section-id=\"1uwd9qn\" data-start=\"1724\" data-end=\"1749\">What We&rsquo;re Looking For</h2><p data-start=\"1750\" data-end=\"2342\">✔ <strong data-start=\"1752\" data-end=\"1868\">&nbsp;Recent Home Health or Hospice marketing/business development experience &nbsp;with good work tenure strongly preferred</strong><br data-start=\"1868\" data-end=\"1871\">✔ Demonstrated success growing referrals and increasing admissions<br data-start=\"1937\" data-end=\"1940\">✔ Established relationships within healthcare and post-acute markets preferred<br data-start=\"2018\" data-end=\"2021\">✔ Strong understanding of hospice and home health operations and referral processes<br data-start=\"2104\" data-end=\"2107\">✔ Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively<br data-start=\"2173\" data-end=\"2176\">✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills<br data-start=\"2249\" data-end=\"2252\">✔ Valid Driver&rsquo;s License and Auto Insurance<br data-start=\"2295\" data-end=\"2298\">✔ <strong data-start=\"2300\" data-end=\"2342\">HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred</strong></p><h2 data-section-id=\"gp2jzs\" data-start=\"2344\" data-end=\"2363\">Benefits &amp;
