Additional benefits are listed at the end of this posting.<br><br><strong>Principal Duties and Responsibilities:</strong><ul><li>Perform troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, cleaning, and restoration of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and pump subassemblies used in FAB equipment systems.</li><li>Inspect and service components to ensure they meet operational, safety, and quality standards.</li><li>Utilize basic technical skills (mechanics, electronics, pneumatics) and tools, including multimeters and hand/power tools, to diagnose and resolve issues.</li><li>Read and follow technical instructions while adhering to OSHA and company safety requirements, including working with hazardous chemicals and completing required safety training.</li><li>Demonstrate strong attention to detail, time management, multitasking, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.</li><li>Collaborate as a team player with strong communication and customer service skills, building trust with peers and customers.</li><li>Show flexibility to work across different shop areas and projects, with a willingness to learn, cross-train, and apply critical thinking.</li><li>Exhibit reliability and professionalism as a self-starter with strong work ethic, punctuality, and accountability.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>1–2 years of hands-on mechanical or electrical experience, including automotive, pump, or pneumatic repair.</li><li>Strong manual dexterity and frequent use of hands, arms, and physical movement in daily tasks.</li><li>Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including standing, walking, bending, crouching, and operating in confined or hazardous spaces.</li><li>Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and occasionally over 100 lbs, with the ability to work at elevated heights when needed.</li><li>Must have strong visual acuity (close, distance, color, and depth perception) and excellent hand-eye coordination.</li><li>Ability to work safely in restrictive protective gear for extended periods while maintaining productivity in fast-paced conditions.</li></ul> <p><strong>Physical Effort/Activities:</strong><br>May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds.
