The ideal candidate will enjoy helping people, have great communication skills with both members and co-workers, possess strong organizational, analytical and multitasking skills and enjoy working in a fast pace environment. Duties include fielding inbound calls and chats to assist members with analyzing, researching and resolving inquiries related to member accounts, conducting basic financial transactions and other various tasks.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">The schedule options for this position are:</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">5-Day Schedule:</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Saturday 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., with a day off during the week when a Saturday is worked.</span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Monday - Friday 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., with a full day off during the week when a Saturday is worked.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Must be able to work at least two Saturdays a month.&nbsp;</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">4-Day Schedule - 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">This schedule does not require any Saturdays.&nbsp;</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&nbsp;</span></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
