      "content": "\n<li>Work directly with senior personnel at Portage Point and our clients to develop comprehensive solutions to complex operational and financial challenges&nbsp;across the business lifecycle including formulating and implementing value creation, business transformation and performance improvement plans, contingency planning and bankruptcy preparation / execution</li>\n<li>Lead&nbsp;liquidity management (cash flow forecasting, treasury&nbsp;operations&nbsp;and stakeholder communications), case administration (filing preparation, bankruptcy reporting, claims support and plan support) and supporting formulation of&nbsp;business /&nbsp;restructuring plans</li>\n<li>Identify and re-allocating resources to operational, growth, financial and strategic initiatives with highest risk adjusted return</li>\n<li>Develop detailed financial projections and business plans</li>\n<li>Lead preparation of executive reporting packages including key performance indicators (KPIs), financial performance, budget, board of director presentations and stakeholder presentations</li>\n<li>Structure and incorporate streamlined financial and operational processes to improve efficiencies</li>\n<li>Identify and re-allocate resources to operational, growth, financial and strategic initiatives with highest risk adjusted return</li>\n<li>Present KPIs, financial performance, budget, board of director presentations, stakeholder presentations</li>\n<li>Lead various operational, financial and management meetings as well as key constituent communications / negotiations</li>\n<li>Contribute to the origination and selling of projects including experience pitching to or partnering with senior executives, private equity firms, lenders, lawyers and other related buyers</li>\n<li>Advise clients and makes decisions that demonstrate expertise, synthesizing the core drivers of both the clients’ business, situational analyses and the underlying complexity of the situation to maximize value</li>\n<li>Provide coaching and mentorship to junior team members</li>\n<li>Lead or support internal trainings and best practice sharing</li>\n<li>Support business development and client relationship efforts</li>\n<li>Support §talent acquisition and firm-building initiatives</li>\n<li>Contribute to a high-performing, inclusive and values-driven culture</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>Bachelor’s degree from a top undergraduate program</li>\n<li>Located in or willing to relocate to Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, Nashville, New York, Palm Beach or Philadelphia</li>\n<li>Invested in a team-based culture, motivated to collaborate in office four days per week and willing to work at client sites as needed&nbsp;</li>\n<li>10 plus years of experience with seven or more years of investment banking, consulting, restructuring / distressed or private equity at a top-tier firm in addition to two or more years spent operating, investing, advising operational improvements and / or servicing stakeholders or a compelling non-traditional background</li>\n<li>Full mastery of financial modeling including ability to review three statement models, 13-week cash flows, dynamic KPI packages and complex ad hoc analysis&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Ability to successfully work in a small, collaborative team environment</li>\n<li>Personal network and relationships that yield new opportunities and engagements across transformation, restructuring and interim management</li>\n<li>Proven ability to cross-sell complementary service offerings&nbsp;and expand network</li>\n<li>Superior written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready presentation and reporting skills</li>\n<li>Proven ability to thrive in lean, fast-moving teams</li>\n<li>High attention to detail, responsiveness and ownership mindset</li>\n<li>Track record of success in high-pressure, client-facing environments</li>\n"
