    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>BE THERE BEFORE THE DOORS OPEN!</strong><strong>Join PAM Health Wiregrass Ranch's brand-new rehabilitation hospital opening this fall and help shape the future of patient care from the beginning.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If you're looking for a schedule that fits your lifestyle, check out PAM Health.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>Some things that our hospital can offer YOU:</strong></em></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Opportunities for growth and advancement</li>\n <li>Flexible scheduling</li>\n <li>Employee Bonus Referral Program</li>\n <li>Supportive leadership</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide clinical leadership in conjunction with the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO)/Director of Nursing (DON) and assumes the responsibility for nursing administrative decisions in the absence of the CNO/DON. </li>\n <li>Areas of focus include nursing staffing and assignments, performance evaluation, clinical and administrative decision-making related to nursing care, and continuous improvement of nursing and rehabilitation care.</li>\n <li>Responsible and accountable for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating and maintaining quality nursing care on the unit.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>RN License</strong> in the state you are applying</li>\n <li>Current BLS certification</li>\n <li>Current ACLS certification is preferred initially and required after 90 days of employment. <strong>Let us help you get your ACLS!</strong></li>\n <li>**ACLS is REQUIRED from day 1 for all Charge Nurses, High Obs, and ICU.</li>\n <li><strong>Experience:</strong> One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience and supervisory experience is preferred but not required.</li>\n <li><strong>A few things that aren't required, but we would prefer:</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Having prior experience in emergency or critical care environments</li>\n   <li>A higher comfort level working with vents/trachs/PICC lines, etc.</li>\n   <li>Having 2 years of experience in direct patient care</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About PAM Health</h2>\n<p><strong>PAM HEALTH (PAM)</strong> based in Enola, Pennsylvania, provides specialty healthcare services through more than 80 locations, as well as wound clinics and outpatient physical therapy locations, in 17 states.
