Role Summary The First Impression Specialist (PRN) creates a welcoming environment for patients and families while supporting clinic operations on an as-needed basis. This role is ideal for someone organized, dependable, and customer-focused who enjoys working in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities Greet and check in patients; collect insurance and payments Answer and route phone calls Provide snacks and a positive, family-friendly experience Maintain front desk and waiting area organization Support patients, families, and clinic staff as needed Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred 1+ year experience in front office, reception, or medical setting Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable with electronic medical records (E Clinical Works a plus) Professional, reliable, and flexible availability Schedule PRN (as needed) position; no guaranteed or fixed schedule Compensation & Benefits (for eligible employees) Opportunities for learning and growth Supportive, mission-driven team environment Additional benefits may apply depending on hours worked and eligibility Why Work at UC4C?
