The level of ownership and complexity scales with your experience - from supporting senior PMs at Level I to independently leading high-value, complex projects at Level III. </p>\n<p>Established in 1976 and now a Quanta Services company, Flare Construction brings the stability and resources of a Fortune 500 enterprise with the culture and agility of a specialized field contractor. You'll work on meaningful infrastructure projects with a team that prioritizes safety, craftsmanship, and long-term career development.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage or support civil construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, work plans, and deliverables. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, engineers, and field personnel. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Prepare and track project documentation: RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct site visits and participate in safety and quality oversight. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Promote a culture of safety, quality, and accountability. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Level I — You'll support</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Senior PMs in planning and executing smaller projects. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Budget tracking, schedule monitoring, and documentation. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Field visits and safety and quality inspections. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Level II — You'll independently manage</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Small to mid-sized projects with full budget, schedule, and client ownership. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Subcontractor and vendor coordination and contract administration. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Mentoring of Level I staff and project coordinators. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Level III — You'll lead</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>High-value, complex, or multi-phase construction projects. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Client relationships, contract negotiations, and business development. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Mentorship of PM I and II staff and continuous improvement initiatives. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Bring</h2>\n<p><strong>Level I</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>1–3 years of construction or project coordination experience. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Familiarity with construction estimating and scheduling. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>OSHA 30 preferred. Valid driver's license required. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Level II</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>3–7 years of progressive construction project management experience. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to independently manage mid-size projects. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficiency in cost tracking, scheduling, and client coordination. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree preferred. OSHA 30 preferred. Valid driver's license required. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Level III</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>7+ years managing complex or high-value construction projects. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Proven leadership in client relations and financial management. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience mentoring project teams and driving process improvement. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree preferred. PMP preferred. OSHA 30 preferred.
