Provide technical direction to companies and contractors.</p><p>2.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Assist in managing AMPT-Member O&amp;M agreements including preparation of annual budgets, payment schedules, spare part inventories and opportunities for mutual services. &nbsp;</p><p>3.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Assist in implementing and managing an asset management program and emergency preparedness program.</p><p>4.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Assist in developing and maintaining maintenance files and databases.&nbsp;</p><p>5.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Collaborate with Transmission Planning and Transmission Engineering to identify and implement capital projects to improve operational performance.</p><p>6.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Assist in implementing equipment ratings and guidelines for electric equipment to ensure proper operation, maintenance, and compliance with applicable regulations.&nbsp;</p><p>7.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Assist in providing operation and maintenance direction, support, and guidance on AMPT owned assets, potential new projects in planning and construction projects.</p><p>8.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Assist in development of annual transmission operation and maintenance budget.</p><p>9.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Work in close collaboration with transmission engineering, transmission planning, transmission project management and other departments and stakeholders to successfully accomplish tasks.</p><p>10.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Perform other duties as assigned.</p><p><strong>Knowledge, Skills, &amp; Qualifications:</strong></p><p>1.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>A two-year degree in engineering or related field is preferred. &nbsp;Other combinations of skills and experience may be accepted upon review.</p><p>2.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>A minimum of 5 years of experience in electric transmission field services, maintenance or operations is preferred. &nbsp;Experience in similar fields may be considered.&nbsp;</p><p>3.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Preferred knowledge of North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) Reliability standards, processes and compliance obligations.&nbsp;</p><p>4.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Experience with Maximo computerized maintenance management system software applications preferred.</p><p>5.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Must be deadline/critical path oriented and have a strong ability to prioritize.</p><p>6.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Strong verbal, written, and computer skills are essential; must demonstrate previous success in building effective business relationships.
