This position oversees all aspects of project execution—from planning and scheduling to cost management and client relations—ensuring alignment with PAR’s operational standards and safety-first culture.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As a key member of the Central Division’s leadership team, the Project Manager II plays a critical role in supporting field operations, strengthening customer relationships, and driving performance excellence across multiple projects.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Manage the full lifecycle of assigned electrical transmission, distribution, or substation projects within the Central Division.</p></li>\n <li><p>Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure efficient execution.</p></li>\n <li><p>Lead project meetings and coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to achieve project goals.</p></li>\n <li><p>Track and forecast project costs, labor productivity, and material usage to ensure profitability and budget compliance.</p></li>\n <li><p>Oversee project documentation including RFIs, change orders, submittals, and closeout materials.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ensure strict adherence to PAR Electrical’s safety policies, quality standards, and environmental regulations.</p></li>\n <li><p>Monitor field performance, identify potential risks, and implement corrective action as needed.</p></li>\n <li><p>Prepare progress reports and financial updates for leadership and clients.</p></li>\n <li><p>Support bid preparation, estimates, and business development activities as requested.</p></li>\n <li><p>Foster a culture of teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement across all project stakeholders.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Bring</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.</p></li>\n <li><p>Experience<strong>:</strong> 3–5 years of progressive project management experience within the electrical utility or heavy civil construction industry.</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong understanding of transmission, distribution, or substation construction methods and field operations.</p></li>\n <li><p>Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and financial goals.</p></li>\n <li><p>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.</p></li>\n <li><p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to build lasting client and team relationships.</p></li>\n <li><p>Commitment to upholding PAR Electrical’s core values of Safety, Integrity, Quality, and Service<strong>.</strong></p></li>\n <li><p>Must be based in or willing to relocate to the metro area.</p></li>\n <li><p>PMP certification required within 60 days of hire.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Get</h2>\n<p>PAR offers a comprehensive benefits package including:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>100% employer-paid health care benefits (medical, dental, and vision) for you and your dependents</li>\n <li>100% employer-paid basic life insurance</li>\n <li>100% employer-paid disability benefits</li>\n <li>401(k) retirement plan with matching contribution</li>\n <li>Paid Time Off (sick and vacation)</li>\n <li>Paid Holidays</li>\n <li>Tuition Assistance</li>\n <li>Wellness and Mental Health Programs</li>\n <li>Learning and Development Programs</li>\n</ul>\n<p>PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC does not sponsor applicants for work visas.
