          "text": "<p>As an Engineering Technician Lead, your day-to-day activities will include:</p><ul><li>Drive a company vehicle to construction civil engineering job sites and document civil engineering construction activities into a daily log using engineering related software such as Builterra.</li><li>Communicate with construction contractors and the project manager regarding the construction activities.</li><li>Observe and document daily project construction progress and conformance with project plans and specifications.</li><li>Review permit applications for rule compliance.</li><li>Operate electronic survey instruments such as GPS and Total Station.</li><li>Assist Engineers with&#xa0;estimates, project design, construction plan development while working in engineering related software such as AutoCAD Civil3D and Bluebeam.</li><li>Oversee and lead the Engineering Technicians that are working onsite.</li></ul>",
