    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 115%;\">As an RN – General Resource Team (Float Pool) &nbsp;you will assess, plan, perform, document, and evaluate professional independent nursing practice at Lakeview Hospital; to provide work direction for and oversight of the nursing care provided by unlicensed personnel; to perform and document functions such as carrying out the provider’s medical orders; to assist providers with diagnostic and treatment procedures; to provide a safe and therapeutic environment; to coordinate, communicate, interpret, and explain patient care services to the patient ,his/her family, health professionals and important others; to perform related duties as assigned.&nbsp;</span></p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 115%;\">&nbsp;</span></p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 115%;\"><strong>Work Schedule:</strong> Casual</span></p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 115%;\"><strong><u>Required Qualifications:</u></strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 115%;\">Associate Degree in Nursing.</span></li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 115%;\">Licensed as a RN by Minnesota Board of Nursing or has a Wisconsin RN License and Minnesota Boarder State Registry.&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 115%;\">Registered nurses re-entering the nursing field, who have not completed 520 hours of nursing practice in the past four (4) years must successfully complete a recognized refresher course to qualify for employment.
