Offer upgrade options based on plumbing inspections findings.</li>\n<li>Repairing or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets etc.</li>\n<li>Locating and repair issues with water supply lines (e.g. leaks)</li>\n<li>Reading blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal and water supply systems</li>\n<li>Cutting , assembling and installing pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure (e.g. electrical wiring)</li>\n<li>Installing and maintaining water supply systems</li>\n<li>Repairing domestic appliances (e.g. washing machines) and fixtures (e.g. sinks) etc.</li>\n<li>Installing waste disposal and sanitary systems with well-functioning DWV systems</li>\n\n<div>Skills and Requirements:</div>\n\n<li>Residential Service Plumbing and Drain Cleaning experience required</li>\n<li>MA Plumber License, EPA 608</li>\n<li>Propane equipment service and installation</li>\n<li>Service Titan experience a plus</li>\n<li>Solid understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in residential settings</li>\n<li>Working knowledge of heating and ventilation systems as well as appliances</li>\n<li>Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, snakes etc.)</li>\n<li>Good communication and interpersonal skills</li>\n<li>Friendly with a great deal of patience</li>\n<li>Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward spaces</li>\n"
