Join our company, where we&nbsp;Welcome/Grow/Celebrate&nbsp;you at Juniper!</span></p>\n\n<p><span style=\"display:block; font-size:14px\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:14px\">Identifying, diagnosing, and treating turf and ornamental issues as they arise</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:14px\">Applying fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides and insecticides as needed to lawns, shrubs and plant material in accordance with accepted industry practices, safety procedures, label instructions, and rules and requirements of various Federal, State, and local regulatory agencies</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:14px\">Preparing and mixing products according to label instructions and product specifications, and using in accordance with prescribed safety precautions and directions</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:14px\">Ensuring the safe and proper operation of tools, vehicles, and equipment; adhering to safety standards and regulatory requirements</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:14px\">Maintaining cleanliness of vehicle and equipment</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:14px\">Maintaining accurate records of products used</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:14px\">Completing all required correspondence regarding work orders</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:14px\">Retention of customers through rapport, communication, and met expectations</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:14px\">Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform IPM duties</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:14px\">Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned</span></li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><span style=\"display:block; font-size:14px\">Skills/Requirements:</span></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:14px\">Experience with operating a Z sprayer</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:14px\">Certified Pesticide applicator</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:14px\">Valid driver&rsquo;s license required with ability to clear Motor Vehicle Record review</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:14px\">BMP Best Management Practices Certificate preferred</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:14px\">Excellent communication skills and customer service skills</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:14px\">Knowledge of pesticide, fertilizer, and herbicide products and calibration</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:14px\">Knowledge of turf and ornamental issues</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:14px\">Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:14px\">Ability to work cooperatively with employees and the general public, as well as working independently</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:14px\">Horticulture, L&amp;O and agricultural experience in related fields is preferred</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:14px\">Must be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight)</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:14px\">Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:14px\">Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:14px\">Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.</span></li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><span style=\"display:block; font-size:14px\">We Welcome/Grow/Celebrate you at Juniper!
