          "text": "<p><strong>Mandatory Qualifications (Education, Certifications, Experience, Skills)</strong>:</p><ul><li>4+ years of hands-on experience in programming using Oracle Sql and PL-SQL (preferably using Mod PL/SQL functionality)</li><li>2+ years of hands-on experience in programming using Java, JavaScript and Angular/Bootstrap or Struts/Spring framework</li><li>2+ years of knowledge and experience on Agile methodology</li><li>Good communication skills and a great team player</li><li>Position requires Permanent Resident or US Citizenship. </li><li>Candidate should have been within US for at least 4.5 years during the last 5 years period (after taking out any out of country vacations). </li><li>Should be able to clear the agency&apos;s Public Trust Clearance, drug test and other employment history / background checks.</li><li>Will require occasional travel to client site in Washington DC from time to time.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Qualifications (Education, Certifications, Experience, Skills):</strong></p><ul><li>A Bachelor&apos;s degree </li><li>Certification on Oracle or Java will be a plus</li></ul>",
