    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong><u>Primary Responsibilities and Duties&nbsp;</u></strong></p><p>• Ensures all safety procedures are followed and actively works to improve our safety program.</p><p>&nbsp;• Ensures all quality procedures are followed and actively works to improve our quality program.</p><p>&nbsp;• Follows all procedures &amp; work instructions.</p><p>&nbsp;• Works to maintain a clean &amp; organized working environment (5s).</p><p>&nbsp;• Completes visual inspection on products through the shift.&nbsp;</p><p>• Trains, coaches, and support the mold techs to ensure SMED is being utilized.&nbsp;</p><p>• Schedule and maintain production and visual management boards for the molding department.</p><p>&nbsp;• Address molding barriers promptly.</p><p>&nbsp;• Works directly with other departments within the plant.&nbsp;</p><p>• Encourages continuous improvement of culture.&nbsp;</p><p>• Identify and address non-conforming products.&nbsp;</p><p>• Responsible for clear and consistent communication between shifts&nbsp;</p><p>• Assisting in modification of existing procedures</p><p>&nbsp;• Creation of new standardized work procedures&nbsp;</p><p>• Encourages and promotes a positive work environment.</p><p>&nbsp;• Performs any other tasks required to ensure the Company goals are met as directed.</p><p><strong><u>Competencies</u></strong><br>• Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the injection molding field<br>• Strong attention to detail<br>• Ability to prioritize and follow-up on tasks with timely completion.<br>• Communicates effectively.<br>• Works well within a Team environment.<br>• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.</p><p><br><strong><u>Physical Demands</u></strong><br>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to<br>successfully perform the essential job functions of this job.
