This is how we create Customers for Life!</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(45, 45, 45)\">We are looking for a Controls Specialist- Building Automation System (BAS) Service to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining temperature control systems and related products for HVAC systems for commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(45, 45, 45); font-size: 12pt\">The role is primarily field based but may require occasional travel to branches within the area.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: rgb(45, 45, 45)\">Responsibilities include:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Verify proper operation of building controls.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Identify and repair control system failures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Interface with Service Manager and subcontractors on projects to coordinate activities in a professional manner.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Complete daily reports for customers and management.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Work with customers to achieve their unique goals for their site.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Provide documentation of any field changes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Communicate with customers upon arrival and before leaving the work site.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Meet regularly with customers to become familiar with operating issues.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Keep customers informed of the nature of service provided, outstanding issues, and recommended system enhancements, upgrades, and/or repairs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Promote the sale of additional work.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Manage assigned work to meet professional execution, time, and customer satisfaction standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Report problems or changes to management immediately.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Provide training to customers on building automation operations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Work individually or as a team to complete projects.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Able to work after hours and weekends if needed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Able to be on-call.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Able to travel when required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Work with multiple types of control systems (Siemens Desigo, Talon, Delta, KMC, JCI, Distech, Honeywell, etc.).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Adheres to all Powers and customer safety standards.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Other duties as assigned by your supervisor.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: rgb(45, 45, 45)\">Desired Qualifications:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Associate degree, or equivalent from two-year college or technical training; and/or:</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">2+ years’ experience BAS.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Self-sufficient &amp;
