    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Description</strong></p><p>LF Driscoll, part of the STO Building Group, is seeking a Vice President of Life Sciences construction in Bala Cynwyd, PA. The Vice President of Life Sciences Construction is responsible for working with the Business Development Team and regional leadership to develop key relationships with clients, champion key procurements and lead teams to deliver timely completion, high quality, and profitable projects.&nbsp; This role is key to supporting the training and performance of all personnel involved on the projects.&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;\"><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Plan, guide and lead growing New Construction building sector that has a strong emphasis in the Life Sciences segment of the market.</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Develop goals and objectives for Life Sciences Construction sector and submit these to the Regional Vice President.
