We offer <u>competitive pay and benefits, and well-being programs</u> to support you and your family. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>To Learn More Visit: http://www.geosyntec.com/careers/.</p>\n<h2>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Business development, project management and technical lead for air quality projects related to emissions quantification and studies, carbon and climate change programs, environmental impact assessments, regulatory analysis and permitting, and compliance solutions.</li>\n <li>Maintain high visibility in the marketplace through regular client contact, participation in client-based professional organizations, and attendance and presentations at industry events.</li>\n <li>Technical leader for air quality matters regulatory analyses as driven by the Clean Air Act, as well as state and local regulations and evolving GHG regulations and reporting programs.</li>\n <li>Supporting industrial hygiene tasks and projects and maintain CIH certifications.</li>\n <li>Provide consulting services for air permitting (such as NSR, PSD, Title V, GHG, EPCRA and state-level pre-construction and operating permits), and air quality impact assessments involving dispersion modeling and health risk assessment.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with the Environmental Resources and Planning Service Line in support of energy related NEPA tasks and projects.</li>\n <li>Assist in the development and planning of new and modified facilities, as well as providing integrated consulting, environmental, design and construction support for some of the largest projects in the U.S.</li>\n <li>Manage projects and staff, including providing technical leadership and oversight, risk management, and mentoring.</li>\n <li>Work closely with staff in other offices.</li>\n <li>Assist in recruiting and training additional staff.</li>\n <li>Serve in a leadership role for the company culture and values across the organization.</li>\n <li>Drive personal, company, and rental vehicles to client or company project or office sites, and other business locations, as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Education and Licensure</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in environmental, mechanical or chemical engineering or a similar engineering discipline. (required)</li>\n <li>Advanced degree in engineering. (preferred)</li>\n <li>Professional registration (i.e., C.I.H., P.E) (preferred)</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Skills, Experience and Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>At least 8 years of air quality program and project management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. (required) </li>\n <li>Thorough knowledge and experience with air regulations. (required)</li>\n <li>Regional visibility through involvement in professional associations or trade organizations. (preferred)</li>\n <li>Excellent writing and communication skills. (required)</li>\n <li>Field work and overnight travel may be required.</li>\n <li>Current OSHA 40-hr HAZWOPER training and refreshers. (preferred)</li>\n <li>Health & Safety training, medical monitoring, and client-driven drug and background testing may be required.</li>\n <li>Valid U.S. driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record for business travel.
