The SUT engages in safety leadership throughout the department and ensures company safety protocols are being observed.&nbsp; The successful Setter needs to exhibit a sense of ownership and urgency over department production and maintaining equipment while ensuring processes and procedures are being followed in order to produce quality products.&nbsp; The ideal SUT needs to possess sound understanding of machines and machining principles.&nbsp; Additionally, the SUT must be able to read machining prints, use various measurement equipment, recover equipment and have a working knowledge of robotics.&nbsp; The SUT will assist, and train other operators as needed, demonstrate problem-solving capabilities and utilize company resources to maintain required production levels.&nbsp;</span></span></p><p style=\"margin-left: 0.25in;
